I understand that according to the terms and conditions of the sale, I will be paid a 2 % commission at closing if my Client is the successful bidder who pays for and closes on the property. It is understood and agreed that the Client must acknowledge my representation by signing this agreement. I understand that to qualify for this commission, this registration form must be received by the Auction Company prior to the day of the auction and that I must attend the auction with my client or as a representative for my client.

As Broker/Salesperson, I am representing my Client, the buyer, and not the seller. I shall hold harmless and indemnify Homes to Ranches Realty, Inc., agent for the seller, and the seller from any and all claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of any actions or inaction's or representations made by me in connection with the sale of this property.
