Broker/Client Registration Form

The above brokerage firm and Broker/Salesperson hereby registers the above client as a potential purchaser of the following Homes to Ranches Realty, Inc., auction properties:

Auction Property:   Block A Lot 11 Hunterdon Hamlet

I understand that according to the terms and conditions of the sale, I will be paid 3% of the final BID price at closing if my Client is the successful bidder who pays for and closes on the property. It is understood and agreed that the Client must acknowledge my representation by signing this agreement. I understand that to qualify for this commission, this registration form must be received by the Auction Company 48 hours prior to the day of the auction and that I must attend the auction with my client or as a representative for my client. Only one commission shall be paid on this sale.

As Broker/Salesperson, I am representing my Client, the buyer, and not the seller. I shall hold harmless and indemnify Homes to Ranches Realty, Inc., agent for the seller, and the seller from any and all claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of any actions or inaction’s or representations made by me in connection with the sale of this property.
